Map authoring
Blender map-authoring add-on
Blender 4.3+, all supported operating systems
Authoring only, GPL-3.0-or-later. Import, validation, editing, and export do not require a native UA runtime. The zip contains no maps, textures, sounds, sample .blend, or game runtime.

Install notes
Map authoring: install the add-on zip in Blender 4.3 or newer. Native playtest is optional. See the Blender add-on Quick Start.
Windows client: unzip, then run run-ua-rust-client.cmd.
macOS: use the app package unless you want an editable folder. The Apple Silicon preview published June 29, 2026 is archived and is not a current download.
Ubuntu/Debian: install libasound2 libgl1 libx11-6 libxi6 libxcursor1 libxrandr2, extract the tarball, then run ./run-ua-client.sh.
Alpine: install libstdc++ gmp libuv alsa-lib mesa-gl libx11 libxi libxcursor libxrandr, choose the package matching uname -m, extract it, then run ./run-ua-client.sh.
Servers: review server.cfg, allow UDP port 15050 through the host firewall/NAT, and set a unique server ID before enabling public master registration. Administrator login is disabled unless explicitly configured.
